Why dont you like the english language when it has a word like ‘ripples’
A drop slowly falling to a quiet water can make
a gentle but humorous sound
like a gulp
and little reflection of waves echo
inside the word ‘ripples’
When the day is ending and the people come towards the shore,
as the lake is calming and the blues make a reflection of the hills beyond
each person is looking to be close to the time of contemplation
when the distant becomes so close
the sound of canada geese honking
the sense of open space
maybe these seekers of truth
have come to the right place
by following what
they want
