On Mt. Tam you never know if it is now or then. You know that the mountain is watching you, in an accepting way, if you have a tendency to notice such things. When the solstice happens, Mt Tam, you gracefully let yourself become the stage of a play of time. It is the time of peace. The time of mystery and excitement. Who knows why.
